Early Connection Program
Embedded early years support for smoother routines, stronger regulation, and more confident educators.
About this program
Early Connection is a centre-wide support service for kindergartens and daycares that focuses on connection, regulation, participation, and early identification using sensory-motor informed practice. It strengthens early childhood environments by embedding practical, regulation-focused strategies into everyday routines, while supporting educators in real time across the day. It is not individual therapy, but a whole-setting service that builds staff capability and supports children where they learn and play.
The goal
-
Strengthen educator capability in sensory-informed, regulation-focused practice.
-
Embed practical strategies for regulation and participation into everyday routines.
-
Support the early identification of children who may need more targeted support.
-
Improve overall center-wide smoothness of transitions and routines.
-
Foster a shared language for behavior, regulation, and inclusion across the teaching team.
How it fits within Sensory Smart Education
Early Connection is designed to bridge the gap between educator learning and real-world application. While foundational workshops provide the 'what' and 'why,' Early Connection provides the 'how' within the context of your unique routines and children. It's a complementary service for centers already using Sensory Smart professional development or a standalone service for settings wanting localized, intensive regulation support.
Who it’s for
Best for:
Kindergartens and Early Childhood Centres seeking consistent, embedded support.
Teaching teams looking for practical, 'real-time' coaching and collaboration.
Services wanting to build sustainable inclusive practices without removing children from their natural learning environments.
